We use a computer with our preschoolers, but it is only one of the tools we use. I think it's great to get them exposed to computers early.

I've been in a school using the "headsprouts" program and it...is... phenomenal! The kids love it, it is very productive! To qualify, many of these kids are second language learners. It was the number two school last year in our city and in a very poor area. The number one had no second language learners and is in a fairly affluent area. I have very high hopes for some of these programs.
